With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ms. Davis is a licensed loan originator in 18 states. Her areas of expertise include conforming-type loans, state laws regarding lending, and mortgages. She serves as the manager of the centralized lending division of NOVA Home Loans, a full-service mortgage bank that is licensed to lend in 19 states. Ms. Davis' role entails handling referrals from other loan officers for clients wanting to purchase or refinance a home in other states, and retaining the company's business, regardless of the state the loan was made in. Prior to her current position, she served as a processing manager for NOVA Home Loans.

In recognition of her work, Ms. Davis was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
