Cambridge Who's Who Names Edward R. Schleper Executive of the Year in Taxation

MARIETTA, GA, September 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Edward R. Schleper, Vice President of Tax for Mohawk Industries, Inc., has been named Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year in Taxation. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, and leadership abilities.

Edward R. Schleper has 26 years of overall experience in taxation and three years of experience as vice president for Mohawk Industries, Inc., where he manages a tax department of 20. Mr. Schleper's rise through the ranks of the tax law industry is due to a combination of hard work and good fortune. Mohawk Industries, Inc. is a manufacturing company that provides residential and commercial carpets, rugs, hardwood floors, laminate, and ceramic tile.

Currently enrolled at New York University, Mr. Schleper is pursuing a master of laws in taxation. He received a bachelor of arts in political science in 1981 from the Western Maryland. He is a member of The State Bar of Ohio.
