Mr. Bansal has cultivated his expertise in analytics and automation testing throughout the past decade. He utilizes his skills as a senior testing manager for Citigroup Inc., a leading international financial conglomerate. Mr. Bansal's position entails overseeing an automation team, assessing metrics and leading testing efforts for Internet applications for the CitiMortgage Real Estate division. He is also tasked with leading and holding accountibility for the development and execution of test plans and scripts, as well as the oversight of test environments and strategic initiatives. Recently, he has been promoted to oversee Release Management for the IT organization, as well as being involved in a program management role for some mandatory projects.

In recognition of his work, Mr. Bansal was recently distinguished as a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success. Mr. Bansal also received Citigroup Inc.'s Quality Excellence Award in 2010. He attributes his success to his passion for his field and truly enjoying his work.

Mr. Bansal graduated from TCU in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He started his career at Citigroup Inc. while in college, as a summer intern in the testing division. He joined the company full time after graduation, continuously adding to his responsibilities while increasing his leadership capabilities and experience. In the years to come, Mr. Bansal intends to progress to the director level in his industry and expand his knowledge in planning and governance.
