Ms. Shelly has 21 years of professional accounting experience, and has spent the last four years as the CFO of Optiver. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, back office, compliance and facilities teams. Managing the financial risks of the business including financial regulatory compliance and investments, she sets strategic direction from an operational point of view to ensure the various business operational units keep pace with the front office.

Holding a Bachelor's of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Ind., Ms. Shelly has earned the certified public accountant designation along with Series 27, 24 and 7 licenses. Her professional affiliations include the Illinois CPA Society and American Institute of CPAs. For her accomplishments, she recently received a Woman of the Year Award from The National Association of Professional Women.
