His areas of responsibility include business development and originations.

Tom brings over 25 years of experience in assisting small to mid-size businesses with their equipment and transportation financing needs. "We are excited about 2012 and Tom joining our team, as we feel it will be a growth year for our market. Tom's expertise will assist our customers in acquiring the financing needed to grow their businesses," said Mark Caplan, CEO Madison Capital.

Prior to joining Madison Capital, Tom held the position of Vice President, Small Business Banking at Bank of America. Throughout his career, Tom has held sales and management positions at GE Capital, TCF Equipment Finance, FCC Equipment Financing, and ORIX Credit Alliance.

Sharing and enhancing his industry knowledge, Tom has been an active member of many trade organizations. These include the Maryland Highway Contractors Association, Maryland Delaware Solid Waste Association, Maryland Motor Coach Association, Maryland Limousine Association, Maryland Motor Truck Association, and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce. Tom and his wife, Bonnie, have 2 sons and reside in Severn, MD.
