Lina Bourdon Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Finance
Ms. Bourdon aspires to make a difference in the industry

LONDON, UK, December 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lina Bourdon, Founder and Managing Director of City and Country Financial Services Ltd, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in finance.

As the founder and managing director of City and Country Group (which consists of City & Country Financial Services Ltd and City & Country Financial Academy Ltd), Ms. Bourdon and her Team are experts in Financial Planning and Financial Education in the UK. She set up her business in 2008 and in a short period of time she has built a strong team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors, Independent Financial Advisors and Will Writers.

Since 2009 Ms Bourdon, has been a part of the Financial Awareness Program which is run on behalf of the Financial Services Authority, the regulator of the industry. During this project Lina realized how little people know about the industry, financial products and financial planning in general. For this reason City & Country Financial Academy has been established and Lina is committed to do what it takes to change the situation and educate the nation. Ms Bourdon is a powerful and charismatic Speaker who, according to her audience, "explains money matters in a way that captures the imagination". She runs financial seminars, workshops and presentations through the UK. Among the organizations she worked with are House of Commons (Parliament UK), UK Home Office, Government Office for London, Zurich, Sony, Computacenter, NHS.

Ms. Bourdon is pursuing a diploma for Financial Advisors. She holds a Master of Science in law and a Master of Science in linguistics, both of which she earned in Russia. She is a member of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and IFS School of Finance. In addition, Ms. Bourdon works with Cynthia Kersey and the Unstoppable Foundation in fundraising for building schools for children in Africa.

In the years to come, Ms. Bourdon aspires to grow her business and her advisory team, so as to make a bigger difference within the industry.
