With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Harter has cultivated her expertise in insurance planning for high net-worth individuals. Seven years ago, she became the managing director of The Insurance Design Center, LLC, a trusted provider of insurance advocacy and consulting services. She also serves as the executive vice president of Goldstein Financial Group, LLC. Ms. Harter's career entails providing troubleshooting services for a firm of 10 people and functioning at the highest level of underwriting with insurance companies. She also deals with advisors such as trust and estates attorneys, bankers, certified public accountants and financial planners. Ms. Harter attributes her success to her passion for helping people achieve their goals and ambitions.

In 1984, Ms. Harter graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in commerce with a concentration in business administration and economics. Today, she is a licensed insurance agent and notary public and is pursuing a certified financial planner designation. She also holds licenses in series 7 and 66. Ms. Harter is affiliated with the Chicago Financial Planning Group.
