In his tenure at Citigroup, Mr. Carriker has risen to the top very quickly. Within one year he was managing a team, and after three years he was managing a group of teams. He has fulfilled his role as head of client reporting in the U.S., Canada and Latin America for the last four years, and his responsibilities are demanding and varied.

In his sought-after and challenging position, Mr. Carriker manages multiple operational subgroups and oversees statements, data quality, fund analytics, performance reporting and composites. He also handles rendition management and provides strategic management, as well as day-to-day tactical leadership. His responsibilities include the opening of accounts, billing, advisory services, and transfers and terminations.
With 15 years of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Carriker's areas of expertise consist of client reporting, operations, project management, finance, product knowledge, budgeting, operational process and leadership. Having become involved in his profession through his academic background in international business, he attributes his career success to his leadership skills, hard work and dedication.

Mr. Carriker earned a bachelor's degree in international business from Lehigh University and holds NASD series 6, 7, 9, and 10 certifications. He is also a member of Chi Phi Fraternity. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Carriker served as a captain in the U.S. Army, where he received numerous Meritorious Service and Army Commendation awards. In the future, Mr. Carriker hopes to be running a more globally-based operations division, where he can continue to utilize his financial expertise and leadership abilities.
