His responsibilities in this role include overseeing a team that produces contracts, renewals and delivery; he also maintains the finances for the department. A graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Novellino earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1982. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing baseball and basketball.
