Founder of Vela Capital, Mr. Pulliam also serves as a portfolio manager for his company. Overseeing daily operations of the firm, he is responsible for the analysis and risk management of all portfolios.

Mr. Pulliam completed a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics at Wheaton College, graduating summa cum laude in 2006. He passed all three levels of the CFA program on his first attempt.
