Corcentric Partners with Bell on E-Commerce Initiative for its Vehicle Fleet
Corcentric's COR360 product will increase efficiency of Bell's operations by automating processing of key supplier invoices.

MCLEAN, VA, September 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Corcentric, a leading provider of Accounts Payable automation solutions, today announced an agreement with Bell, Canada's largest communications company, to automate the processing of key supplier invoices for its vehicle fleet.

With a growing number of invoices being processed manually, the Bell vehicle fleet group recognized it would require additional resources to handle an increased invoice volume. By using Corcentric's COR360 AP automation product, Bell now has an audit trail of all invoice-related activity starting with price validation, comparison with requisition document and payment. This automation initiative also reduces Bell's carbon footprint by replacing a resource-intensive paper process with an electronic one.

"COR360 enables customers to more efficiently manage their Accounts Payable workflow process by enabling them to accelerate the invoice capture and approval process with automation solutions that minimize delays, increase efficiency and accuracy, and reduce costs associated with invoice processes," said Dave Lindeen, Vice President of Corcentric. "As automation becomes increasingly necessary, companies in diverse industries are looking for new ways to become more efficient with their business processes."
