Mr. Prince has 18 years of overall professional experience. His responsibilities at Flipswap, Inc. include overseeing the finance and accounting department, participating in board and strategy discussions, assisting with product pricing and sales, financial planning and forecasting, and risk management. Prior to joining his current position, he worked at MCI, Winstar and Nextel.

In 2007, Mr. Prince received his Certificate of Accounting from Santa Monica College. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1992 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he is a member of the Alumni Association.
