Utilizing his extensive managerial expertise he is responsible for operations management, finance, sales, and human resources, and manufacturing. His prime function for the past 15 years has been to assist in a company's profitability through strategic planning, a thorough examination and evaluation of operational procedures, and a total commitment to sales and operations planning in a team environment.

Mr. Loper received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, from Oregon State University in 1984. He gained exposure to the wood products industry while in Oregon and attributes his success to his diverse background in accounting and manufacturing, communication skills, and material resource planning and scheduling.
