His newest venture, Help Commercial Solutions leverages off of his foundation skills and actively helps companies to grow; assisting them with financing, capital raising, process management and general strategy. He attributes his success to his outstanding work ethic along with his vision of "what it looks like when it is done" as well as a solid belief in one's own ability to do what needs to be done, both personally and with committed people you trust and enjoy the company of.

Glenn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounting, Underwriters Agencies Council, The Steadfast Group and NEBA Rotary. He is also actively involved in community service and with the gymnastic community where is daughter is a junior champion representing both Western Australia and Australia in international competition.
