Specializing in marketing, Ms. Lautzenhiser has five years of professional experience. As the owner of PuroClean Restoration Services, she oversees company finances and handles strategic marketing. Ms. Lautzenhiser became involved in her position after she moved from Colorado to California, and began purchasing, restoring and selling real estate properties. She attributes her success to her adaptability, flexibility, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

In 1995, Ms. Lautzenhiser received a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. She serves as the chairwoman of the marketing board for the Junior League of Fort Collins. In her free time, Ms. Lautzenhiser volunteers for the Quid Novi Books and Gadgets Committee. In the future, she hopes to sell her company, and venture into franchise consulting and writing.
