BMT & ASSOC is a firm of quantity surveyors who specialize in providing a service oriented and energetic approach to construction finance and tax depreciation reporting. They provide construction cost consultancy services to various individuals and organizations.

BMT's staff is equipped with construction costing skills that enable them to specialize in pricing building costs. The firm provides their clients with capital allowance tax depreciation reports and replacement cost estimates as well as a construction cost planning service, assessment of work in progress, and forecasting and reporting. Bradley began his career with BMT in 1998, becoming a Director of the company in 2002. His involvement in a wide variety of projects enables him to provide clients with specialist experience in areas of tax depreciation, project management, construction estimating and cost planning.

Bradley is responsible for much of BMT's published literature, along with their newsletter, Maverick. Brad is also actively involved in new business development, becoming a regular keynote speaker and presenter of BMT services at conferences and exhibitions.
