Throughout his career, Mr. Wamser has cultivated an expertise in overseeing sales and marketing, business development and building relationships with clients. He is responsible for revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and training and mentoring employees. Previously an assistant manager for two years, he also worked as a lead company manager for one year at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Wamser considers building business relationships and serving as a mentor to others to be the most fulfilling aspects of his career. He attributes his success to his hard work, positive attitude and the support he receives from his wife, parents, and mentors.

Mr. Wamser received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Information Technology with a minor in marketing from the University of Saint Mary in 2004 and is affiliated with Johnson County Rotary Club, the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Leawood. He volunteers with the Knights of Columbus and various charitable organizations. Mr. Wamser stays current with the trends in his profession by reading industry-related publications and enrolling in continuing education courses. He hopes to obtain his bank annuity license and continue his growth in the banking industry.
