Mr. Plumlee specializes in the recruitment of accounting and finance professionals in South Florida with Robert Half (the nation's premier financial recruiter for six decades). Previously, he was the Sales Leader (Client Services) for Orion International in Nashville TN. Prior to joining Robert Half in Coral Gables FL, Mr. Plumlee worked in Sales and Marketing for Johnson & Johnson and General Electric Healthcare. He considers his two years with Robert Half and his recent promotion to be his greatest professional accomplishments in his nine years in the private sector.

Mr. Plumlee attributes his success to his aggressiveness and his work ethic. He believes that the most important challenge facing the recruiting profession today is to consistently deliver top talent to client companies, especially during periods of economic volatility. He stays current with the trends in his profession by reading industry-related publications and attending seminars. Mr. Plumlee expects to progress with his company and entertain growth opportunities in the future.

Mr. Plumlee holds an MBA in International Business from Tennessee Technological University. He is actively involved with Camillus House Young Leaders in Miami. In addition, Mr. Plumlee serves as the Membership Chair for the South Florida chapter of "Friends of St Jude," and is affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management.
