This merger was designed to facilitate the ability to secure and complete International Crude Oil Trade Contracts between the European Union, United States and Middle East.

Mr. Edward O'Neill of MDM is in constant contact with Mr. Hunter Hebert and Mr. Douglas Schulman CFO of London Financial Capital, LLC regarding there current trade contracts and placement.
