As accounts manager, Mr. Beltran assists employees, analyzes data, and oversees team building, financial and organizational management. He is responsible for managing daily accounting functions, reconciliation and cash posting for insurance and patient payments. Mr. Beltran previously worked as a recycling accountant at Weyerhaeuser for two years, spent three years as a branch manager and 13 years in banking. He considers working towards attaining his current position at Genoa Healthcare to be his greatest professional accomplishment. A volunteer for the United Way and the American Cancer Society, he stays current with the trends in his profession by reading industry-related publications and feels that competition is the most important issue facing his profession.

Mr. Beltran received his MBA in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Phoenix and hopes to one day become chief financial officer. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on Business Leadership and Theory with the University of Phoenix.
